Here’s the news that some of you have been waiting for – the winner of our first HMV gift card (pictured). Our new music reviews blog is designed to improve literacy skills, functional skills and media experience for school and college pupils so we really appreciate all our fans supporting us!
Our music reviews community is designed to improve literacy skills, student engagement and provide a real-life media experience for school and college pupils.
To celebrate all this and to get more people into music, we’re giving away £10 HMV gift cards to our Facebook fans!
As you can see, our new site is live but our work is far from done yet. What we want is to get Rockhaq into schools and colleges so that we can launch the Rockhaq student rewards, pupil attendance and media enrichment blog for September 2011.

Woah, thanks to our chums at Atlantic Records I’m hanging at Birmingham Academy to catch Plan B on his current sold out UK tour. Now that’s the stuff! Just before he hits the stage, a random guy called SFX comes on looking mega sharp in a suit and shirt.
Plan B, or Ben Drew, is a star. You might not have heard of him before, but let me assure you of one thing without any doubt whatsoever – this guy’s name will be well and truly etched upon the dark recesses of your musical memory well before 2010 is over and out.
